...making Linux just a little more fun!

So, we went out to do some chores, and stopped by a place where Kat used to work. One of the businesses there is a used car/boat/motorcycle dealership, and they just happened to have this nice bike for a decent price - and I just happened in the market, ready to trade in my Nighthawk 750 (which was getting a bit old and tired). So, after a bit of horse-swapping, here's my new ride:

(Mine's shinier, though.

And may your whatchamacallit be wonderful and joyful as well.

Oh - given the field, and where you are geographically, you might run across some people I used to know, five or six years back. Most of them were working for Counterpane in Silver Spring back then. Not a bad business to be in, these days.
Speaking of, I'm re-reading Bruce Schneier's "Beyond Fear". It's one of the few books that I recommend without any reservations; great reading for just about anybody you could name, since it deals with rational thinking about security - and we could do with a lot more of that right about now.
